We begin by grounding into the body and the present moment through a 4-element meditation, inviting a deep merge with totality.This opening practice redefines the powerful life force we all belong to, preparing the body and nervous system to receive, release, and expand.

Tantric Chakra Activation

Facilitated by Jennifer Maya

A guided somatic practice that integrates:• Conscious breathing• Organic movement• Voice opening• Intention & deep body presence

Through specific sequences of breath, sound, and movement, tension is gently released and the natural flow of vital energy is awakened and harmonized across each chakra.

Ecstatic Dance JourneyMusic by Prismatica

The journey then transforms into a full-bodied dance experience.With over 25 years of musical exploration, Prismatica weaves an eclectic and cohesive soundscape, effortlessly jumping between genres to guide the dance into expansion, release, and joy.

This is a space to move freely, listen deeply, and let the body express what words cannot.

Closing Ceremony – Integration & Remembrance

We complete the experience with a gentle closing meditation, reconnecting inward to remember that we are universal energy in motion, flowing with the original intention of life itself.
