Join us for a sacred evening journey through movement, breath and vibration.
🕉 5:00–5:50 PM — Asana Flow
A vinyasa style sequence to awaken the body and release stagnate energy
🌬 5:50–6:15 PM — Pranayama
Conscious breathwork to regulate the nervous system and expand prana.
🎶 6:15–7:00 PM — Mantra Sound Healing
Rest in devotional sound. Sacred chants, harmonium, and healing frequencies to open the heart and soften the mind.
This is a space to transition from the rush of the day into presence, devotion and connection.
All levels welcome.
