❤️ Our family is the roots from which we grow. In family constellations we go underneath to see what those roots are.

Are we watering them gracefully or letting them hide in the shadows and never emerge. Do we realize that from all that perceived darkness it’s only just the seed that springs so much into light?

It is a place where we can find compassion and healing. Where we can see the stories of our ancestors and our parents right in front of us. We can embrace those stories and see the gifts in them.
